Ashleigh Barss serves as both a Customer Service Representative and Licensed Insurance Agent at NY Insurance Hub, combining a strong commitment to client service with the knowledge and experience to assist clients with their insurance needs.

Having grown up locally on a New York farm, Ashleigh has deep roots in the community and an appreciation for the people, families, and businesses that make this area home. Before beginning her career in insurance, she worked as a dental assistant, where she gained valuable experience working closely with people and helping them feel comfortable and cared for.

Today, Ashleigh brings that same personal approach to her work at NY Insurance Hub. As a Customer Service Representative, she assists clients with their day-to-day service needs and helps make sure they feel supported throughout their relationship with the agency. As a licensed insurance agent, she can also work directly with clients to understand their individual circumstances, explain coverage options, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance.

Ashleigh values the relationship-focused approach of an independent agency and believes insurance should feel approachable rather than overwhelming. Whether she’s assisting with an existing policy or helping with a new insurance need, her goal is to provide knowledgeable, friendly service and make sure clients feel heard and supported.
