Insurance Associate

Austin Goodshaw is an Insurance Associate at NY Insurance Hub, where he supports the agency team while continuing to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Outside of NY Insurance Hub, Austin is also a teacher, bringing an educator’s perspective to his work with the agency. His background in education has strengthened his communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to break down information in a way that is organized and approachable.

At NY Insurance Hub, Austin works alongside the agency’s licensed insurance agents and customer service team, assisting with day-to-day needs and helping support a smooth experience for clients. When clients have questions that require the expertise of a licensed agent, Austin helps connect them with the appropriate member of the NYIH team.

Austin appreciates the opportunity to continue expanding his knowledge of the insurance industry while contributing to a team that values education, relationships, and personal service. His experience as a teacher also gives him a unique perspective on the importance of helping people feel comfortable asking questions and learning about topics that may initially seem unfamiliar.
