Iris Bayson is a Customer Service Representative at NY Insurance Hub, providing behind-the-scenes and direct client support as part of the agency’s customer service team.

Based in the Philippines, Iris works closely with the NY Insurance Hub team to help clients with their day-to-day service needs, assist with administrative requests, and connect clients with the appropriate licensed insurance agent when they have coverage-related questions or insurance needs.

In her role, Iris helps keep communication moving and makes sure clients receive timely, friendly support. She understands that even a seemingly simple insurance request can be important to the person reaching out, and she approaches each interaction with patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to help.

Iris values the team-oriented environment at NY Insurance Hub and enjoys being part of a group that works together across the miles to take care of clients. Although she may be thousands of miles away from New York, she is an important part of the day-to-day team supporting the agency and the clients it serves.
