Mary Lou B. Connolly brings decades of community involvement, relationship-building, and insurance experience to NY Insurance Hub.

Before entering the insurance industry, Mary Lou spent more than two decades serving her community in the Albany County Legislature. She later transitioned into insurance with the encouragement and support of her husband, Robert Connolly, a longtime insurance professional who had previously established his own agency.

Mary Lou went on to lead Bartolotta-Connolly Insurance, an independent agency where she built lasting relationships with clients and helped individuals, families, and businesses navigate their insurance needs.

When Mary Lou was ready to retire from business ownership, she sold her agency, and the Bartolotta-Connolly book of business became part of NY Insurance Hub. Rather than stepping away from insurance entirely, Mary Lou chose to continue doing what she has always valued most: working with people.

Today, she continues to serve as a licensed insurance agent with NY Insurance Hub during her retirement. Her longstanding client relationships, knowledge of the industry, and deep connection to the local community make her a valued part of the NY Insurance Hub team.
