Matthew Tarullo

Managing Director

Matthew Tarullo serves as Managing Director at NY Insurance Hub, bringing a unique background in education, athletics, financial services, and business leadership to the agency.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Matthew was a standout member of the Syracuse football program, earning First-Team All-BIG EAST and Academic All-America honors before continuing his football career at the professional level. He later built a career in education as a physical education teacher while also developing extensive experience in the financial services industry.

Those experiences have shaped Matthew’s approach to leadership—one rooted in teamwork, communication, accountability, and helping others succeed.

As Managing Director at NY Insurance Hub, Matthew helps guide the agency’s overall direction and continued growth while supporting the team, operations, and long-term vision of the organization. He believes that building a successful agency starts with investing in its people and creating a culture where everyone works together toward the same goal.

Matthew is passionate about helping NY Insurance Hub continue to grow while maintaining the personal relationships, local roots, and commitment to service that define the agency.
